Continue to review the processes and administrative procedures in the land sector in a simple, accessible, and easy-to-use manner to receive and resolve public administrative services for people and businesses. Focus on reviewing and perfecting online public services provided on the National Public Service Portal and the Provincial Public Service Portal. Announce and publicize administrative procedures and lists of local administrative procedures on the national database of administrative procedures and other information channels as prescribed to facilitate people and businesses to look up, learn about and carry out administrative procedures on land.
Deploy connection and sharing of information and data in the land database according to local regulations with national and specialized databases of relevant ministries and branches; connect and interconnect administrative procedures to facilitate and serve the implementation of administrative procedures in the electronic environment. Build a land database according to the direction of the Prime Minister on rectifying and strengthening land management and building a land information system, in which it is necessary to prioritize funding for building a land database and ensuring conditions for IT infrastructure and software to manage, operate, update and exploit the land database. Arrange funding for surveying and mapping cadastral maps, land registration, granting land use right certificates, etc.
