Hai Duong establishes 24 more intergenerational self-help clubs

Since the beginning of the year, Hai Duong has established 24 more intergenerational self-help clubs, bringing the total number to 148 clubs.

The clubs operate effectively, bringing practical benefits to society and the community, especially the elderly in difficult circumstances who are supported and improved in terms of economy, health and spirit. By joining the club, the elderly can share problems encountered in life, exchange experiences in production and childcare. The club also regularly organizes cultural, artistic, physical and sports activities, thereby improving the spiritual life of members, contributing to helping the elderly live happily, healthily and usefully.

On May 3 and 4, the Provincial Elderly Association's Representative Board organized training and guidance on methods and procedures for establishing clubs, and how to manage and operate clubs after establishment.
