121 officials of the Association of the Elderly at the district and commune levels and the Management Board of 17 Intergenerational Self-Help Clubs newly established since the beginning of the year under the province's project were guided by the leaders of the Provincial Association of the Elderly on how to manage and operate the clubs after their establishment. According to the Provincial Elderly Association Representative Board, in 2023, the province established 26 Intergenerational Self-Help Clubs, bringing the total number to 124 clubs with 1,752 members. Of which, 32 clubs were established by international organizations, the rest were clubs established under the Project to replicate the Intergenerational Self-Help Club model approved by the Provincial People's Committee.
