These are the basic goals set by Hai Duong to effectively implement Directive No. 21-CT/TW of the Secretariat on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the quality of vocational education by 2030, with a vision to 2045.

To implement this, the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has increased information, propaganda and career guidance in many localities. The Department provides information on labor market needs to vocational training institutions and enterprises with recruitment and training programs and orientations in accordance with practical needs. From now until the end of the year, relevant units will coordinate with localities in the province to review, supplement and synchronously complete the system of policies and laws on vocational education under the province's authority, linked to the labor market in an open, interconnected and modern direction...
