Hai Duong invests 40 billion VND to build the Provincial Center for Training Excellent Students

Accordingly, the project will build a new 5-storey study, work and accommodation building with a construction floor area of ​​approximately 3,030m². Construction and renovation of fire prevention and fighting systems, technical infrastructure systems outside the house, gardens, trees... according to regulations.

The project belongs to group C. The project investor is the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board. The total estimated investment of the project is 40 billion VND. The investment capital comes from the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025.

The project implementation location is on the campus of Nguyen Trai High School for the Gifted, Tan Binh Ward (Hai Duong City). The project implementation period is 2024-2025.

The investment goal is to build a new study and work house combined with accommodation to serve the training of excellent students to participate in national and international competitions for excellent students, improving the quality of training excellent students in the province.

Over the past 10 years, Hai Duong's national excellent student exam results have always been in the top position nationwide, with 4 years having students winning regional and international prizes. In the 2023-2024 national excellent student exam, Hai Duong ranked 5th nationwide in terms of the number of prizes, up 1 place compared to the previous school year. Hai Duong has the number of first prizes in the top 10 provinces and cities nationwide.
