Speaking at the workshop, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Pham Hong Quan emphasized that children entering grade 1 is a transition to a new stage, an important turning point in life. The workshop is an important event to help preschools effectively implement educational activities to comprehensively develop preschool children in terms of physical, emotional, intellectual, and aesthetic aspects, forming the first elements of personality; helping children overcome the transition stage smoothly and conveniently, preparing their minds to be ready to enter grade 1.
