The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just issued a press release on the content of Instruction No. 3224/HD-UBND dated November 7, 2022 and the determination of specific land prices in a number of residential and urban areas in Hai Duong province in recent times.
The press release outlined some of the investors' recommendations and the reflections of some newspapers and magazines on Instruction No. 3224/HD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee and some specific land price options of some projects. The Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Hai Duong province organized dialogues and exchanges to clarify with investors; at the same time, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, chaired and coordinated with relevant departments and branches to continue to directly work, dialogue, listen, explain and clarify opinions.
The implementation of determining specific land prices of a number of residential and urban projects in Hai Duong province in the past time has complied with the provisions of law, the current Land Law and Instruction No. 3224/HD-UBND dated November 7, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee.
The announcement states that the contents of Instruction No. 3224/HD-UBND dated November 7, 2022 of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province are not contrary to the provisions of the law and the current Land Law; in the process of developing the instruction, the implementation practices of some neighboring provinces were consulted to ensure a common ground and suit the practical situation of Hai Duong province.
The Provincial People's Committee requests investors to comply with the approved specific land price decision, and promptly pay land use fees and land rent according to the decision approving the specific land price plan issued by the Provincial People's Committee.
