At the regular citizen reception in August 2024, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, requested departments, branches and localities to actively coordinate, quickly develop plans and resolve citizens' petitions related to land.
On the morning of August 14, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, periodically received citizens in August 2024.
Also receiving the delegation were comrade Luu Van Ban, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council, a number of relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities.
All four citizens and groups of citizens at the citizen reception session made recommendations and feedback to the Provincial Party Secretary on issues related to the land sector.
After listening to citizens' petitions, departments and localities reported the results of handling the case of granting and exchanging land use right certificates of 5 households in Lien Hong commune (Hai Duong city), Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang requested the People's Committee of Hai Duong city to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to quickly come up with a plan to resolve the case in October 2024.

Regarding the reflection of Mr. Nguyen Van Vien in Quang Phuc commune (Tu Ky) related to the allocation of agricultural land in An Nhan Tay area, Tu Ky town and the signing of boundary markers when issuing land use right certificates, the Provincial Party Secretary assigned relevant agencies to report the response plan to citizens in October 2024.

At the citizen reception, Mr. Tran Dang Thanh in Quang Thanh commune (Kinh Mon) requested the competent authority to direct the enforcement of the effective judgment of the High People's Court in Hanoi (related to the issuance of land use right certificates as recommended in the judgment). Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Duc Thang assigned the People's Committee of Kinh Mon town to coordinate with relevant agencies to have a plan to resolve the case before December 31, 2024 in accordance with the provisions of law.
Regarding the complaint of a citizen in Lam Son commune (Thanh Mien) against an individual official related to signing land documents, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate in resolving the matter in October 2024.
