The Office of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just announced the schedule for regular citizen reception in August of the Provincial Party Secretary and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee at 8:00 a.m. on August 14, 2024 at the Provincial Citizen Reception Office (No. 45 Bac Son Street, Quang Trung Ward, Hai Duong City).

The Provincial People's Committee Office requests citizens to register directly at the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee before August 10, 2024. The Provincial Party Secretary and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee receive citizens who have registered complaints and denunciations under the jurisdiction of the provincial level.
For complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections under the jurisdiction of departments, branches and district People's Committees, citizens are requested to contact the competent authority (department, branch, district People's Committee) for consideration and resolution.
