Where is Ecorivers Hai Duong?
Located in Ngoc Chau and Hai Tan wards (Hai Duong city), the location of the Thai Binh riverside ecological urban area project (Ecorivers) has all the strengths, being the place "First near the market - Second near the river - Third near the road", easily connecting to the surrounding development areas. Ecorivers urban area has a beautiful feng shui location with two sides surrounded by rivers, the north borders Bac Hung Hai river, the east borders Thai Binh river, the south borders provincial road 391 and is only 2 km from the administrative center of Hai Duong province.

Ecorivers urban area is divided into 3 main subdivisions. Phase 1 is the northern gateway area with synchronous infrastructure development. Phase 2 is the southern gateway area with 90% completed infrastructure. Phase 3 is the most luxurious Emerald Bay central area (Emerald Bay) with an area of 26.8 hectares including 4-hectare Emerald Bay lake, 6-hectare central park, and the iconic twin towers of The Lighthouse Residences.

Of the total area of 109.2 hectares of Ecorivers urban area: 39% are low-rise products including villas, townhouses, townhouses; mid-rise and high-rise apartments; 20% are water surface, trees, parks, entertainment; 32% are traffic and technical infrastructure; 8% are commercial and administrative service land, schools.
Subdivision 1 has a total area of about 26 hectares.
