Stopping a passenger bus in the middle of Highway 5 through Hai Duong, blocking a car because it failed to pass.

On the afternoon of November 30, the Commander of the Road Traffic Police Team (Traffic Police Department of Hai Duong Provincial Police) said that the unit had invited the driver of the 19H-053.44 passenger bus to work with him for blocking the front of a car after failing to overtake on National Highway 5.

The unit is also contacting the car driver, inviting him to work to extract the car's surveillance camera as a basis for handling.

Meanwhile, an officer handling the case said that working with traffic police, the bus driver confirmed that the incident happened on the morning of November 25.

The cause was that the passenger bus 19H-05344 was traveling in lane 1 on Highway 5, near Lai Vu bridge (Hai Duong), in front of it was a tanker truck traveling in lane 1, and in lane 2 there was a car running.

Because there was not enough safe distance when turning into the second lane to pass the tanker truck, the bus driver repeatedly turned on his turn signal and flashed his lights to give way to pass, but the car driver was afraid of speeding so he did not dare to pass the tanker truck and did not slow down to give way.

Every time the bus tried to overtake, the car would move forward as if blocking the bus from overtaking, causing the bus driver to be upset.

When passing Lai Vu bridge, the passenger bus passed and stopped in the middle of the road, blocking the car. The driver and the bus attendant argued with the car driver.
