The implementation deadline has expired, but the New Residential Area Project in Tan Viet Commune in Thanh Ha District (Hai Duong) is still overgrown with grass.
On September 15, 2020, Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee decided to select Ha Phuong Group Joint Stock Company as the investor of the New Residential Area Project in Tan Viet Commune (Thanh Ha).
The project covers an area of 9.6 hectares, with a total investment of over 135 billion VND excluding land use fees. The project's goal is to form a modern residential area with synchronous technical infrastructure, contributing to creating space and landscape for the area and creating momentum for local socio-economic development.
The project implementation period is 3 years from the effective date of the contract. The maximum contract signing period is 120 days from the date of approval of the results of selecting the investor to implement the project. Thus, up to now, the Tan Viet New Residential Area Project has expired according to regulations. However, the project implementation area is still overgrown with grass.
It is known that the Tan Viet New Residential Area Project is still stuck in the land clearance because some households have not agreed to the compensation and site clearance plan. Most of the cleared area is left fallow.
