15 grassroots party committees in Hai Duong have selected units to organize model congresses.

Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee has 15 grassroots Party Committees with 612 grassroots Party organizations and over 108,000 Party members.

By December 14, 15 grassroots party committees in Hai Duong, including 12 district-level party committees and 3 party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, namely the Provincial Agencies Bloc Party Committee, the Provincial Public Security Party Committee and the Provincial Military Party Committee, had selected 28 units to direct the organization of model congresses.

Of which, Hai Duong City Party Committee selected 3 units to organize model congresses; 3 Party Committees of Binh Giang, Tu Ky districts and the Provincial Military each selected 1 unit; the remaining Party Committees selected 2 units.

Lessons learned from the model congress are the basis for Party committees at all levels to direct and organize successfully. The grassroots Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term creates an important premise for the successful organization of the Party Congresses of districts, towns, cities, Party Congresses directly under the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Congress.

According to the Plan for organizing grassroots and upper-level Party Congresses, towards the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the time for holding Party Congresses or grassroots Party Congresses will not exceed 2 days, starting from April 2025, and completed before June 30, 2025.
