Comrade Nguyen Hoang Duong holds the position of Chief Prosecutor of Hai Duong Provincial People's Procuracy.

On the morning of July 4, at the People's Procuracy of Hai Duong province, the Supreme People's Procuracy organized the announcement and awarding of the appointment decisions of comrades: Nguyen Hoang Duong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Procuracy to hold the position of Chief of the People's Procuracy of Hai Duong province; comrade Bui Viet Cuong, Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Supreme People's Procuracy) to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the People's Procuracy of Hai Duong province. The Supreme People's Procuracy organized a farewell meeting for comrade Pham Van Quang, former Chief of the People's Procuracy of Hai Duong province, who retired under the regime.

Speaking at the ceremony, Party Central Committee members Le Minh Tri, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy; Tran Duc Thang, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, requested the new Chief Justices and Deputy Chief Justices to continuously cultivate, train, and build the sector to be increasingly united and unified, and to successfully complete assigned tasks. As the head of the Hai Duong People's Procuracy at two levels, the new Chief Justice Nguyen Hoang Duong needs to regularly evaluate the sector's activities to have plans, solutions, and roadmaps to effectively carry out political tasks, especially focusing on training and fostering a team of high-quality cadres and employees. Proactively and actively advise the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee to effectively carry out political tasks in the locality. At the ceremony, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee announced the decision to appoint comrade Nguyen Hoang Duong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial People's Procuracy, to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, presented the decision appointing Comrade Nguyen Hoang Duong, Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy, to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy for the 2020-2025 term.

Speaking at the ceremony, the new Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy, Nguyen Hoang Duong, promised to continuously improve and strive to develop the industry. He hoped to continue receiving attention and support from all levels and sectors to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang Duong (born in 1968, in Hai Duong city) joined the sector in 1991. From July 2004, he held the position of Chief Prosecutor of Nam Sach District People's Procuracy, then held a number of other positions. From May 2015 to present, he has held the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Hai Duong Provincial People's Procuracy. He was elected by the 17th Provincial Party Congress as a member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Bui Viet Cuong (born in 1980, in Hanoi) joined the industry in 2004. From March 2019 to July 2020, he held the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy. After that, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Supreme People's Procuracy. Comrade Bui Viet Cuong was seconded to Hai Duong to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Procuracy for no more than 3 years, starting from July 1, 2023.
