Comrade Do Huy Chinh, Head of the Department of Government Building and Youth Work, Hai Duong Department of Home Affairs, was appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs from June 15, 2024.
On the morning of June 14, Comrade Nguyen Minh Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province, presented the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee appointing Comrade Do Huy Chinh, Head of the Department of Government Construction and Youth Affairs, Hai Duong Department of Home Affairs to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, for a term of 5 years from June 15, 2024.
Speaking at the assignment of tasks to the new Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Hung congratulated and highly appreciated the work and efforts of comrade Do Huy Chinh.

Comrade Do Huy Chinh was born in 1969, from Nam Hong commune, Nam Sach; has a bachelor's degree in pedagogy, and a senior degree in political theory. He used to be a teacher at An Son Primary School and Nam Hong Secondary School (Nam Sach), and a specialist in the Propaganda Department of the Nam Sach District Party Committee.
In April 2009, he worked at the Department of Organization and Personnel, Administrative Reform, Department of Home Affairs. At the Department of Home Affairs, he held the positions of Deputy Head of the Department of Administrative Reform, Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel and Non-Governmental Organizations, and Chief of Office.
