According to the adjustment plan report of the Department of Construction, the local adjustment location belongs to the existing land area of ​​the old Thanh Binh market and the surrounding area, with the northern boundary bordering Nguyen Luong Bang Street, the southern boundary bordering the existing residential area, the western boundary bordering Hai Duong Medical University Hospital and the eastern boundary bordering Vu Huu Street. The scale of the adjusted research area is about 0.39 ha. The proposed adjustment plan includes adjusting the land use function from public land to mixed land (including the main functions of residential, service, public land, etc.); adjusting the maximum construction density from 40% to a maximum of 75%; adjusting the maximum number of floors from 3 floors to 10-25 floors; adding 1-2 basement floors for parking and arranging technical infrastructure works. It is proposed to adjust the construction boundary, in which the side adjacent to traffic routes is set back at least 6 m from the red line; The remaining sides must be set back at least 6 m from the planning boundary. The planned population size in the adjusted area is a maximum of 1,100 people...

Also at this meeting, the Provincial People's Committee basically agreed with the project to locally adjust the zoning plan of Le Thanh Nghi ward (adjusted location of the Wood Enterprise area), scale 1/2000.
