Local adjustment of zoning plan for the eastern part of Phu Thai Industrial Park

Phu Thai Industrial Park's planning has been adjusted to suit usage needs and actual status.

The eastern subdivision of Phu Thai Industrial Park, invested by Nam Tai International Company Limited, has a total area of ​​36.32 hectares, located in Kim Lien commune.

To suit the needs of use and the actual status of this subdivision, Kim Thanh district has adjusted the centerline of the east-west main road to move north; adjusted the construction boundary of the east-west main road from 3m to 1m; adjusted the location and boundaries of some land lots to suit the actual status and adjusted some contents of the technical infrastructure planning related to the adjustment of the centerline of the east-west main road.

After local planning adjustment, traffic land area decreased by 613.45 m2, water surface area decreased by 522.61 m2, green land area increased by 1,136.06 m2.

By June 30, the Provincial People's Committee had granted a certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to the land for the above area to Nam Tai International Company Limited. Of which, more than 35 hectares are industrial land, the rest is land in the high-voltage power line corridor.

Previously in 2010, the Phu Thai Industrial Park infrastructure construction investment project was implemented by Nam Tai International Company Limited. During the implementation process, some constructions had locations that were different from the construction permit. The cause was due to the shortcomings of the investor, construction contractor, and consulting units in determining and handing over land boundaries and construction boundaries in the field.
