According to information from Vietnam Joint Stock Auction Company, the Hai Duong license plate number 34A-888.88 has been re-auctioned, with the winning bid of more than 7.7 billion VND.
The auction results on November 19 were just announced by Vietnam Joint Stock Auction Company, the license plate with five 8s of Hai Duong 34A-888.88 was auctioned at the highest price of more than 7.7 billion VND.
Also in the above announced list, Thanh Hoa's five-number 5 license plate is worth 3.49 billion VND; Hanoi's license plate 30L-888.99 is worth 1.08 billion VND. Two Hanoi license plates including 30L-686.86 and 30L-669.99 won the auction for 840 million VND and 835 million VND, respectively.
Previously, in August 2024, the five-digit number 8 license plate of Hai Duong 34A-888.88 was priced at over VND 8.8 billion. However, the buyer withdrew the deposit, and the auction result of this license plate in August was canceled.
The winning bid in the November auction was reduced by more than 1.1 billion compared to the previous auction. Although the winning bid has decreased, the license plate 34A -888.88 is still the license plate with the highest winning bid to date for Hai Duong license plates.
