The Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Agencies Bloc requires Party committees and organizations at all levels to widely and effectively propagate the Party Congresses at all levels.

The Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hai Duong province deployed propaganda work for the grassroots Party congresses towards the 10th Congress of the Bloc Party Delegates, term 2025-2030 on November 6.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Thuy Ha, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Provincial Agencies of Hai Duong province, requested that Party committees and grassroots Party cells direct and widely propagate the grassroots Congress towards the 10th Provincial Party Congress of the Bloc of Provincial Agencies effectively and practically.

Specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee of the Bloc, together with the Party Committees of the Department of Information and Communications, Hai Duong Newspaper, and the Provincial Radio and Television Station, continue to pay attention, proactively coordinate, and immediately implement propaganda work, ensuring that it is vivid, diverse in forms, effective, and meets requirements.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh Mai, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Hai Duong Newspaper, suggested that it is necessary to focus on propaganda to promote practicality and key points. Hai Duong Newspaper has strongly developed multimedia journalism and will organize attractive and effective propaganda for Party Congresses at all levels.

The leaders of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc noted that along with doing a good job of propaganda, Party committees at all levels should proactively grasp the thoughts and reflect public opinion of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members and association members.
