By using prefabricated construction technology, Broad Group completed this building in a record time: 28 hours and 45 minutes. The key point in this technology is the assembly of prefabricated structural blocks. The modules are prefabricated in the factory and then transported to the construction site, lifted by crane, arranged in the right position, and then connected to electricity and water during the completion of the construction process.

According to Broad Group, this type of prefabricated house is very durable, earthquake-resistant, and can be dismantled and moved if necessary. The company said that this technology can be used to build high-rise buildings, dormitories, hotels, and hospitals. In addition, the company calculated that the system can be used to build 200-story buildings. The price of each apartment in this super-fast-built apartment building has not been announced.

After being posted online, the 5-minute video recording the building's construction progress attracted a lot of attention.
