Concluding the conference, comrade Nguyen Van Phu, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, requested the mass mobilization sector of Hai Duong province to focus on implementing the 8 key tasks set out in 2023. That is, to continue to carry out the breakthrough task of participating in and closely coordinating with the government, the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations to grasp the situation, propagate and mobilize people of all walks of life to comply with and agree with the policies and guidelines of the Party, the State, and localities on socio-economic development, especially the work of site clearance for projects. The mass mobilization sector needs to do a good job of advising so that site clearance work takes place effectively; propagate and guide people to clearly understand and strictly comply with the regime and policies, ensuring the rights of the people, not allowing the formation of hot spots and complications.

The mass mobilization agency continues to advise on the effective implementation of the Regulations on contact and dialogue between leaders of Party committees and authorities at all levels with the people so that this work becomes routine and effective. Improve the quality of consultation with Party committees, effectively implement the regulations, and create strong changes in the awareness and actions of the political system regarding mass mobilization, ethnic and religious work.

In 2022, the People's Mobilization Committees at all levels, grassroots people's mobilization blocs, village and residential area people's mobilization teams have been more proactive and creative in advising and proposing to Party committees; clearly identifying and selecting the content of key and breakthrough tasks that need to be focused on and coordinated in implementation; proactively staying close to the grassroots, regularly propagating, mobilizing, and grasping the situation.

The province currently maintains 1,229 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models, 235 grassroots mass mobilization blocks, 1,347 mass mobilization groups in villages and residential areas. In 2022, Party committees and organizations at all levels held a total of 291 propaganda and training conferences on mass mobilization work for 13,660 participants; issued 919 documents to lead and direct the implementation of mass mobilization work; conducted 179 inspections and supervisions with 545 party organizations and party members. The province's mass mobilization sector organized a total of 222 conferences and training sessions on mass mobilization work for more than 6,800 people; issued 500 documents guiding and urging implementation; conducted 102 inspections and supervisions with 327 organizations and party members...

On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee awarded certificates of merit to 11 collectives with outstanding achievements in 2022.
