Education industry union innovates, improves teaching quality

In the 2023-2024 school year, the Hai Duong Education Trade Union continues to coordinate with professional agencies at the same level to effectively organize patriotic emulation movements. Promote the role of teachers' groups to develop together, enhance innovative products and effective initiatives applied to management, teaching and work. Continue to promote the campaign "Democracy - Discipline - Love - Responsibility" associated with the campaign "Each teacher is an example of morality, self-study and creativity". Continue to effectively respond to the program "One million initiatives, overcoming difficulties, creativity, determination to push back the Covid-19 epidemic" launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

In the 2022-2023 school year, the Education Trade Union has made many innovations in the form of organizing activities. Grassroots trade unions have many creative solutions. From 2022 to the end of August 2023, the whole sector has 1,503 initiatives updated on the system of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The initiatives focus on innovative solutions in teaching, improving the quality of teaching and learning, and applying information technology to teaching and learning. Many initiatives have been applied in practice, bringing high efficiency.

At the conference to summarize the union work of the 2022-2023 school year and deploy tasks for the 2023-2024 school year held on the morning of August 31, 1 collective and 6 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Vietnam Education Trade Union; 6 collectives and 1 individual were awarded certificates of merit by the Provincial Labor Federation; Hai Duong Education Trade Union awarded certificates of merit to 10 collectives and 5 individuals.
