On December 6, at the headquarters of the Government Inspectorate, Deputy Inspector General Nguyen Van Cuong chaired the announcement of three conclusions of the inspection of the responsibility of performing public duties of cadres, civil servants and public employees in handling administrative procedures and providing public services to people and businesses at the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health and the People's Committee of Da Nang City.

At the announcement ceremony, Mr. Diem Dang Viet, Deputy Director of Department II, Head of the Inspection Delegation, briefly presented the three inspection conclusions of the Government Inspector General on the inspection of the responsibility of performing public duties of cadres, civil servants and public employees in handling administrative procedures and providing public services to people and businesses at the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health and the People's Committee of Da Nang City.

According to the inspection conclusions, the units have led and directed the implementation of regulations on public service responsibilities of cadres, civil servants and public employees in handling administrative procedures and providing public services to people and businesses; implemented the review and simplification of administrative procedures, controlled and recommended the issuance of administrative procedures under their authority to eliminate or amend inappropriate, complicated and cumbersome administrative procedures; supplemented necessary administrative procedures to meet practical requirements in management areas under their authority.

In addition to the achieved results, the inspection conclusion also pointed out limitations, shortcomings and violations such as the implementation of public duties of cadres, civil servants and public employees in handling administrative procedures and reforming public services for people and businesses at the units.

Through the inspection, the Government Inspectorate recommends that the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health, and the People's Committee of Da Nang City, within their authority, review, promulgate or recommend amendments, supplements, and remedies to a number of loopholes and inadequacies in legal regulations on implementation procedures, dossier components, time, and conditions for handling administrative procedures as indicated in the inspection conclusion.

Within the scope of functions, tasks and powers as prescribed by law, promptly summarize practices and propose to the Government and the Government Office to amend relevant legal documents on administrative procedures and handling of administrative procedures, providing public services to overcome loopholes and inadequacies...

As for Da Nang City, in the inspection conclusion, it was stated that the City People's Committee advised the City People's Council to issue 6 Resolutions. Deputy Inspector General of the Government Nguyen Van Cuong requested that when making amendments and supplements, they must not interrupt, affect, and fully maintain the legitimate rights and interests of people and businesses, especially policy beneficiaries and vulnerable groups in society.
