The Traffic Police Department of Hai Duong Province has just announced a list of 76 motorbikes and 1 car that violated the Road Traffic Law and have exceeded the time limit for vehicle detention without the owners or violators coming to resolve the issue.
Through patrolling, controlling and handling violations of traffic safety and order in the province, the Hai Duong Provincial Traffic Police force discovered violations and temporarily detained 76 motorbikes, motorbikes and 1 car violating the Road Traffic Law. Up to now, the time limit for temporary detention of the vehicles has passed but the owners and violators have not come to handle the violations according to regulations.
