In the 2023-2024 school year, the city sent teachers and students to participate in many competitions for excellent teachers and excellent students at all levels and many intellectual playgrounds. The city's teachers continued to lead the province in the competition for excellent preschool teachers. The city's primary school students also won 128 provincial prizes and 8 national prizes. Notably, in the provincial 9th ​​grade excellent student competition, Chi Linh City students won 53 prizes, including 1 first prize, 9 second prizes, 15 third prizes and 28 consolation prizes. The whole delegation ranked 5th, up 5 places compared to the 2022-2023 school year.

Most of the students participating in the provincial excellent student competitions in Chi Linh City are from the school.
