Suffering from a strange disease, the situation of Do Cong Vuong (born in 2015), a 3B student at Tan Tien Primary School (Gia Loc) is very pitiful.

Teacher Le Thi Thi always kindly guides Vuong in his studies.

After getting married, Mr. Do Cong Tao (born in 1990) and Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa (born in 1991) gave birth to Vuong. Like many other children, he was healthy and chubby when he was born, but later he showed strange symptoms. Although he was 2 years old, Vuong had no teeth, his body did not sweat, so he was always hot as if he had a fever. Seeing that his child had a strange illness, Vuong's mother was depressed, left to work in Taiwan, and later divorced her husband.

Currently, Vuong spends most of his time with his grandparents as his father is self-employed and does not have much time to take care of him. Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ve, Vuong's grandmother, said that he has no teeth so he can only eat porridge and drink milk, but the porridge must be pureed very finely to be swallowed. Therefore, Vuong is small and thin compared to his friends.

In the winter, the weather is cool, and my body feels comfortable, but in the summer, my body temperature is always higher than normal, making me restless and uncomfortable. Vuong only sits in a cool room, not daring to go out because he cannot stand the heat. Poor health and constant fatigue also affect his studies.

Vuong and his grandparents live in the transition area.

Although it was determined that the body had no sweat glands, when examined at central and local hospitals, doctors could not conclude the specific cause of this disease.

Teacher Le Thi Thi, homeroom teacher of class 3B, said that Vuong is a good student, always listens to her lectures and completes all homework. Knowing Vuong's situation, Ms. Thi also pays special attention to her student. She arranges for Vuong to sit near a fan, and in the summer often uses towels and even ice to cool him down. For each lesson that Vuong doesn't understand, she kindly instructs him so that Vuong doesn't have to spend too much time studying on his own. Ms. Thi also tells her classmates to sympathize and love Vuong so that he doesn't feel lost in class.

Ms. Tran Thi May Hong, Secretary of the Tan Tien Commune Youth Union, said that Vuong's situation was very pitiful. The Tan Tien Commune Disability Assessment Council had met many times to determine the type and level of disability for Vuong, but his illness was not specified in any document, so no policy could be established. Sympathizing with his situation, whenever the Commune People's Committee or organizations had humanitarian, charity, or gift-giving programs, they always gave priority to help him reduce his disadvantages.

I think that the provincial authorities need to pay attention to determining the level of disability so that Vuong can enjoy the State's policies. Besides, he also needs the help of benefactors to be able to treat his illness. Please send all help to Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ve in Tam Luong village, Tan Tien commune, Gia Loc district, Hai Duong province; Mr. Duc's phone number (Vuong's grandfather) is 0368228639.
