To construct the 500kV Nam Dinh I-Pho Noi transmission line project, construction units have registered to cut off power in some areas of Thanh Mien district (Hai Duong).
Accordingly, Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd. will cut off power to the entire Thanh Mien 110kV transformer station, 3 110kV lines and 5 intersecting medium voltage lines. The power cut will start at the end of February and the contract is expected to end on June 30.
Specifically, from 9:00 p.m. today, February 29, the power will be cut off on 2 medium voltage lines of 22kV Thanh Mien 110kV transformer station for 10 hours (until 7:00 a.m. on March 1). The power will be cut off on 35kV medium voltage lines of 110kV Thanh Mien transformer station for 12 hours (expected before March 15). The power will be cut off on 4 medium voltage lines of 22kV Thanh Mien 110kV transformer station from 4:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on March 24. The power will be cut off on 4 medium voltage lines of 22kV Thanh Mien 110kV transformer station for about 14 hours expected on June 30...
Previously, the power was cut off on two 22kV medium voltage lines at Thanh Mien 110kV transformer station twice, each time for 8 hours (from 9:00 p.m. on February 26 to 5:00 a.m. on February 27 and from 9:00 p.m. on February 27 to 5:00 a.m. on February 28.
To limit the time of power interruption to customers, the consulting unit has designed a temporary 110kV circuit. However, the construction process still requires cutting off the medium voltage line at some times to serve the construction. This power cut will affect about 69,650 customers in Thanh Mien district.
The 500kV Nam Dinh I - Pho Noi transmission line project passing through Hai Duong has 74 locations with a length of 30.79km in 4 districts including Ninh Giang, Gia Loc, Thanh Mien and Binh Giang. The 500kV line intersects with 27 medium voltage points and 3 low voltage points. In particular, the section from pole 247 to pole 252 overlaps with the 110kV Thanh Mien (Hai Duong) - Pho Cao (Hung Yen) double-circuit line. Therefore, the existing 110kV lines must be removed to renovate the pole locations into 4-circuit lines with 2 500kV circuits and 2 110kV circuits.
