On April 30, the Traffic Police Department (Hai Duong Provincial Police) organized a visit and awarded 5 scholarships, each worth 2 million VND, to 5 students with difficult circumstances in Hai Duong City and Thanh Ha District.
The circumstances of the 5 cases are all heartbreaking, one case is the father died early, the mother is sick and bedridden; another case is the family is poor, the father is in prison, the mother has an unstable job; another case is the child's eye muscles are affected and cannot open his eyes normally...
At the families they visited, sympathizing with the unfortunate lives, officers and soldiers of the Traffic Police Department donated more than 6 million VND to share with the difficult circumstances, so that the children have more motivation to rise up in life.
