Need to expand provincial road 398B through Ben Tam ward (Chi Linh)

The section of provincial road 398B passing through Phu Loi residential area is the route connecting Ben Tam ward to Hoang Hoa Tham commune People's Committee, so there are many vehicles passing by, especially during rush hour. This route also leads to Thanh Mai pagoda, so during festivals and weekends, many tourists come to visit, making the road congested.

The provincial Department of Transport is repairing the road sections from Ben Tam Lake to Hoang Hoa Tham Commune People's Committee and from the intersection to Thanh Mai Pagoda to Dong Chau Village on this route. However, the repair work has only expanded the surface, there is no lighting system; the road section through Phu Loi residential area has not been expanded or equipped with lighting.
