How Miss Do Thi Ha lost weight and tightened her body to an extremely hot shape

There was a time when Do Thi Ha appeared with a fuller, more rounded figure. She frankly admitted that she had been eating uncontrollably, leading to significant weight gain. Miss Vietnam 2020 reached the 60 kg mark, which is the highest number she has ever achieved.

Although gaining weight did not make Do Thi Ha lose her figure or beauty, she was still determined to embark on the weight loss process. However, the beauty queen from Thanh did not seem to feel pressured and created for herself a harsh body-tightening process.

Do Thi Ha chooses intermittent fasting instead of dieting. Her diet is set up in a fairly healthy way, cutting out most of the starch and red meat. Do Thi Ha takes care to add fiber to her body by eating lots of vegetables.

In addition, Do Thi Ha also spends a lot of time exercising. The former Miss Vietnam combines yoga and gym. Every day at 6am, Do Thi Ha practices yoga. In her free time, when she is not busy with work, she spends about 1 hour working out with a trainer. Do Thi Ha focuses on cardio, butt, abdominal, thigh exercises...

After losing weight, Do Thi Ha regained her slim figure. However, the beauty queen does not look too skinny or lacking in vitality. Currently, Do Thi Ha always maintains a standard, toned figure. In some revealing moments, Do Thi Ha reveals her "hourglass" body. She scores points with her plump, full bust, tiny, toned waist and round hips. This helps Do Thi Ha easily "carry" many different outfits and styles.

Do Thi Ha was born in 2001 and was crowned Miss Vietnam 2020. In 2021, she went to Puerto Rico to compete in Miss World and made it into the top 13.
