Gia Loc, Nam Sach and Kim Thanh districts have completed the installation of all remote electronic meters.

By the end of March, Hai Duong had 506,915 remote electronic meters, reaching more than 80% of the total number of meters in operation. Of which, 3 localities including Gia Loc, Nam Sach and Kim Thanh have completed the installation of 100% remote electronic meters. The district with the lowest rate is Tu Ky district (81.3%).
