Resettlement arrangement at the new residential area of ​​Phuong Khe village, Chi Lang Bac commune

Including 1,318 m² converted into residential land to arrange 11 residential plots to serve the resettlement land allocation for the implementation of the province's East-West axis project and auction of land use rights; the remaining area is converted into technical infrastructure and traffic land.

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the new residential area project in Phuong Khe village, Chi Lang Bac commune was approved by the Thanh Mien District People's Committee for detailed construction planning in December 2020. The Chi Lang Bac Commune People's Committee approved the technical economic report in July 2023. The project was approved by the Provincial People's Council for land acquisition and permission to change the purpose of rice-growing land use in Resolution No. 38/NQ-HDND dated July 13, 2023. The land is consistent with the land use planning until 2030 of Thanh Mien district and is identified in the local land use plan for 2023. The Thanh Mien District People's Committee has implemented land acquisition, and households whose land has been acquired have received compensation and support.
