Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong (born in 1983) - Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Ministry of Information and Communications) was appointed by the Prime Minister as Deputy Minister of Information and Communications.
On November 20, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No. 1429 appointing Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong - Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel (Ministry of Information and Communications) - to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Information and Communications.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong, new Deputy Minister of Information and Communications
Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong (born in 1983) has held many leadership positions in units within the Ministry of Information and Communications.
In August 2020, Mr. Bui Hoang Phuong was Chief of Office of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
In January 2022, the Minister of Information and Communications transferred and appointed Mr. Phuong to the position of Chief Inspector of the Ministry.
In October 2022, Mr. Phuong was appointed to the position of Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel.
With the newly appointed personnel, the Ministry of Information and Communications has 5 Deputy Ministers including Mr. Phan Tam, Nguyen Huy Dung, Pham Duc Long, Nguyen Thanh Lam and Bui Hoang Phuong.
The Minister of Information and Communications is Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung.
