The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued Document No. 1919/BGDĐT-GDĐH guiding university and college admissions for Preschool Education in 2023.
The Ministry of Education and Training recommends that candidates, Departments of Education and Training, and training institutions implement the provisions of the current Admissions Regulations, noting some important contents.
Candidates come to enroll at Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry
It is mandatory to enter all candidates' admission wishes into the system.
For candidates, the Ministry of Education and Training requires them to carefully study the enrollment information of training institutions on the project and enrollment regulations of the training institution, register for admission according to the regulations of the training institution and must enter all registration wishes on the Ministry of Education and Training's enrollment information portal or at the National Public Service Portal. Candidates do not register their wishes for groups of majors, majors, and training programs that do not meet the requirements.
Registration and processing time is from July 10 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30, 2023. Candidates have the right to register, adjust and add admission wishes an unlimited number of times.
Candidates' wishes for admission to training institutions are ranked from 1 to the end (wish 1 is the highest wish). Candidates choose the basis for admission, including the following information: Order of wishes; School code, School name; Code of major, major or program; Name of major, major or program and the basis for admission for registered wishes must be consistent with the requirements and conditions of the training institution (High school graduation exam results, High school study results, Independent exam results, Competency assessment results, Thinking assessment results, Other results...).
All admission requests of candidates to training institutions are processed on the system and each candidate is only admitted to the highest request among the registered requests when ensuring the admission conditions.
Candidates who have completed the application for admission to the training institution according to the early admission plan of the training institution, if eligible for admission, must continue to register their admission wishes on the system to be considered for admission according to regulations.
From July 31 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6, 2023, candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission wishes online according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Candidates who are eligible for regional and target priority policies must coordinate with reception points to review information on regional and target priority policies.
Candidates who are admitted and are eligible for direct admission according to the Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, from July 5 to 5:00 p.m. on August 15, 2023, can confirm their admission on the system. Candidates who have confirmed their admission will not be allowed to register for further admission, except in cases where the Principal/Director of the training institution allows them not to enroll. In cases where admission has not been confirmed, candidates can continue to register their admission wishes on the system or the National Public Service Portal like other candidates for training institutions to consider. If admitted, candidates will confirm their admission according to the general schedule.
All successful candidates must complete the first round of online admission confirmation on the system before 5:00 p.m. on September 6, 2023.
From September 7, 2023 to December 2023, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds of the training institution must follow the admission plan posted on the training institution's admission information page.
Departments of Education and Training support candidates in registering their wishes
Departments of Education and Training shall complete the organization of training on enrollment work at the local level before June 30, 2023; at the same time, direct high schools as reception points to use the accounts and passwords granted during the organization of the High School Graduation Exam to perform work according to the General Enrollment Plan, check and correct errors (if any, notify candidates), confirm information on priority areas and priority subjects from the date candidates register for the High School Graduation Exam until 5:00 p.m. on August 6, 2023.
The Ministry of Education and Training has coordinated with the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Information and Communications to deploy seamless connections and complete the integration of the function of exploiting the National Population Database on the Examination Management System and the General Admission Support System.
The candidate's application reception points will use this function to look up and exploit this information from the National Population Database and compare and confirm for the candidate. Candidates do not have to go and ask for confirmation (paper copy) themselves like every year.
The responsibility of the staff at the reception point when confirming the information of the candidate's area and priority subjects must ensure honesty, accuracy and follow the instructions. Information about the candidate's permanent residence period will be checked and verified by the competent authorities on the National Population Database.
Complete checking, reviewing, updating and confirming high school learning results on the System by 5:00 p.m. on June 20, 2023.
From June 15 to July 20, 2023, provide instructions and provide accounts for candidates to register for admission and enter personal information of independent candidates who have not yet registered on the system.
The Ministry of Education and Training requires the Departments of Education and Training to direct high schools to open computer rooms with internet connection for candidates to use to register their admission wishes. Organize support for candidates who are not able to register online (note that we only guide and support candidates to register for admission, absolutely do not keep accounts, passwords and do not do it for candidates).
From July 10 to August 6, 2023, the Departments of Education and Training will assign staff with experience in enrollment to be on duty, advise, guide, and support candidates.
