Hai Duong Provincial Military Command launched the emulation campaign "30 days of creative action - Emulation to win 3 peaks of decisive victory"

During the peak emulation period, agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command focused on implementing three key contents: the best awareness and ideology; performing political tasks with the highest efficiency and organizing activities with the most efficiency.

The unit aims for 100% of officers and soldiers in the provincial military force to have strong political will and a deep awareness of the importance of the Provincial Victory Emulation Congress for the period 2019-2024. The Military Commands of districts, towns and cities strictly maintain combat readiness, promptly detect and proactively advise on handling situations that arise, and avoid being passive or surprised. Agencies under the Provincial Military Command innovate thinking, make breakthroughs, and be creative, guiding units to perform well their training tasks, prepare for drills, especially drills in the defense areas of Hai Duong City and Chi Linh City, etc.
