Promoting the role of Party organizations at BIDV Hai Duong

BIDV Hai Duong Party Committee currently has 9 affiliated Party cells with 121 Party members. The Resolution of the BIDV Hai Duong Party Congress defines the common goal for the entire 2020-2025 term as "Discipline - Responsibility - Efficiency - Breakthrough".

To realize this goal, BIDV Hai Duong Party Committee has improved the quality of issuing resolutions to effectively lead the implementation of political tasks. Over the years, the BIDV Hai Duong Party Committee has always attached importance to political and ideological education, arranged for cadres, party members and employees to fully participate in Party resolution classes, and implemented topics on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Actively propagating, educating, and grasping emerging ideological developments to have timely solutions... Thanks to that, 100% of cadres, party members and employees always believe in the Party's leadership, and at the same time, strictly comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, contributing to preventing signs of degradation in political ideology, morality and lifestyle, and maintaining solidarity and unity in Party committees and Party cells.

Every year, the branch organizes conferences and collects employees' opinions on the policies and regulations of the unit before promulgation, especially policies related to the rights and responsibilities of employees. The work of handling petitions, complaints and denunciations is also carried out effectively and transparently, determined not to let them linger or drag on.

The Party Committee has paid attention to directing, propagating and educating the work of preventing corruption and waste regularly. The BIDV Hai Duong Party Committee has established a Subcommittee on preventing corruption, assigning specific tasks to each member, according to each area of ​​work for inspection and supervision. Implementing public and transparent work on basic construction, staff organization, staff planning, job rotation... Developing and implementing spending norms and standards in accordance with BIDV's regulations. Strictly implementing the declaration of assets and income according to regulations...

Since the beginning of the term, the BIDV Hai Duong Party Committee has conducted many inspections and supervisions at Party cells and Party members. In the period of 2020-2023, the BIDV Hai Duong Party Committee has not had any Party members who violated the law and were disciplined.

In March 2023, after transferring party activities to the Party Committee of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development, BIDV Hai Duong Party Committee continued to promote the tradition as well as the positive results achieved, innovate and improve the quality of activities of Party cells and Party Committees; maintain good thematic activities. At the same time, resolutely direct professional tasks.

As of September 30, 2023, BIDV Hai Duong's total mobilized capital increased by 8.2% over the same period in 2022. Total outstanding loans increased by 8.3% over the same period and increased by VND 980 billion compared to the beginning of the year. Service activities increased by 13.5% over the same period last year, exceeding the set plan. The total operating scale of transaction offices reached VND 16,602 billion.
