This is a practical activity in response to the program "Warm comradeship - joining hands to nurture green shoots" launched by the Party Committee of the Provincial Military Command. Implementing the program since 2018, the Hai Duong City Military Command has presented 15 bicycles to students who are children of officers and employees in agencies, units and militia soldiers.
On this occasion, the Hai Duong City Military Command presented 36 gifts to children of officers and employees in the agency who achieved high academic achievements.
