Over 600 farmers' association members in Hai Duong city updated with traffic safety knowledge

The Traffic Police Department, Hai Duong Provincial Police, has just coordinated to organize propaganda on traffic safety laws for over 600 farmers' association members in Hai Duong City.

From April 15 to 17, the Traffic Police Department (Provincial Police) coordinated with the Farmers' Association of Hai Duong City to organize propaganda on traffic safety laws for over 600 members in Tu Minh, Thanh Binh, Tan Binh, Cam Thuong, Viet Hoa wards and An Thuong and Lien Hong communes.

At the propaganda sessions, members of the Hai Duong City Farmers' Association were informed and disseminated many important contents of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety in 2024 and Decree 168/2024/ND-CP of the Government; the harmful effects of driving while under the influence of alcohol, beer, drugs and stimulants; parents handing over vehicles to their children who are not qualified to drive and causing traffic accidents can be prosecuted...

Traffic Police Department officers disseminate some main causes leading to traffic accidents.

In addition, officials and farmer members are also instructed in safe driving skills; recognizing and handling dangerous traffic situations and identifying road traffic signs...

Since the beginning of the year, the Traffic Police Department has organized 30 sessions to disseminate traffic safety laws to 3,245 people.
