Bac Ninh is about to sell a series of social housing

The Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province said it has just received documents from two investors regarding the opening of two social housing projects with a total of 326 units for sale before accepting applications for purchase, rent, and lease-purchase.

Accordingly, the Cao Nguyen 2 social housing area of ​​Vietnam Community Housing Group Joint Stock Company (formerly Cao Nguyen Bac Ninh Joint Stock Company) is expected to open for sale from November 20.

The project covers an area of ​​over 6,300 m2 on Ly Thai To Street, Bac Ninh City, including a 15-storey social housing area with 336 apartments and a 7-storey commercial area. The project has been completed and put into use.

The investor said there are 68 apartments for sale this time. The apartments range in area from 58 m2 to 70 m2, with an expected price of 534-644 million VND/apartment, equivalent to about 9.2 million VND/m2.

This is the selling price proposed by the investor, not yet appraised and approved by the department. Only when the price is approved by the department, the investor can sign a sales contract with the customer.

In addition, buildings T1 and T2 of the Que Vo HillView social housing area of ​​Song Hong Real Estate Management Company Limited are expected to receive registration applications until December 1.

The project has a scale of 1.5 hectares in Nam Son ward, Bac Ninh city. The total number of apartments is 328, of which 258 are social housing, the rest are commercial housing.

The two buildings have completed the foundation and technical infrastructure such as sidewalks, gardens, internal roads, water supply and drainage systems, and electricity. The suggested selling price ranges from 14.4 million VND to 16.3 million VND per square meter, equivalent to 648-734 million VND for a 45 square meter apartment.

Previously, in October, 3 social housing projects with a total of nearly 600 units were also announced by the Bac Ninh Department of Construction to receive registration applications for purchase, rent, and hire-purchase.

Bac Ninh is a locality with positive results in social housing construction. A recent report from the Ministry of Construction said that the province has completed and is working on 31 projects with 22,000 apartments. The province aims to complete about 21,000 apartments by 2025.
