100% of delegates elected Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee as Head of the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi, term 2021-2026.

After voting to approve the election list, the delegates conducted a secret ballot to elect the Head of the City's National Assembly Delegation.
As a result, 100% of the delegates present elected Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, as Head of the Delegation of the 15th National Assembly of Hanoi, term 2021-2026.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, expressing the honor of being elected by the National Assembly delegates in the delegation with high confidence to hold the position of Head of the delegation, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai affirmed that the city's National Assembly Delegation is a very special delegation as General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong spent 22 years as a National Assembly delegate in the delegation.
Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai emphasized: "With respect, deep gratitude, and infinite sorrow for General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong - an exceptionally outstanding leader, a loyal and genuine communist, a lifelong representative for the country and the people - I vow to continuously study and follow the moral example and style of Ho Chi Minh, following the bright example of the General Secretary to strive to overcome all difficulties and hardships, and successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party and the people."
The Hanoi National Assembly Delegation is the largest delegation in the country, with a very important position and role in the activities of the National Assembly; its members are intellectuals with very high academic titles and degrees; many full-time and part-time delegates from the Central Government, ministries, departments, branches and agencies of the National Assembly are all experienced and have participated in many National Assembly terms.
Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai said she will make every effort and closely coordinate with the leaders of the Delegation and National Assembly deputies to uphold principles, promote exemplary vanguard spirit, and perform tasks according to the working regulations of National Assembly deputies and the City National Assembly Delegation.
Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai also hopes and requests that National Assembly deputies, National Assembly agencies, ministries, central agencies and city agencies help complete assigned tasks.
Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai expressed: "I will strive with the collective leadership of the Delegation to fully and comprehensively perform the tasks prescribed by the Constitution and the law in the direction of continuing to innovate and improve the quality of participation in law-making, voter contact activities before and after the session; strengthen the urging of settlement associated with monitoring the responsibility of organizations and individuals with the authority to resolve petitions, complaints, denunciations, and recommendations on issues related to the legitimate rights and interests of voters and people."
Previously, on the afternoon of July 17, the Hanoi Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's Decision on personnel work. Accordingly, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission, was assigned to hold the position of Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
On July 19, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued Resolution No. 1101/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated July 19, 2024 on transferring the activities of the National Assembly Delegation of Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee from the National Assembly Delegation of Dak Lak province to the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi city.
