Specifically, including: New residential area south of Quoc Tuan commune; new residential area Dong Khe, Nam Khe village, Hong Phong commune; new residential area Thuong Duong village, Nam Trung commune; new residential area Nam Khe village, Hong Phong commune; new urban area Bac Cau Han (phase 1); new residential and commercial service area east of Nam Sach town and new residential area west of Nam Sach town.
The total area of the 7 projects is over 161.7 hectares. Up to now, more than 127.4 hectares have been cleared, the remaining area has not been cleared. There are 2 new residential areas in Hong Phong commune that have completed site clearance, the investor is Minh Hiep Company Limited, which has invested in building technical infrastructure.
