3 people who won the car license plate auction have paid in full, the person who won the license plate worth more than 32 billion is still silent.

Three super nice license plates were paid in full by the auction winners on the morning of September 20. There are still eight license plates that have not been paid, including the ones with the highest bids.

On the afternoon of September 20, a source from the Traffic Police Department confirmed that 3 customers who won the auction for the super beautiful license plates in the September 15 session have fulfilled their financial obligations.

These license plates are 99A - 666.66 (winning bid price of 4.27 billion VND); 43A-799.99 (winning bid price of 1.16 billion VND) and 15K-188.88 (winning bid price of 650 million VND). The winning bidder will have the 40 million VND deposit deducted before the auction when paying.

The first person to pay the full amount this morning was Mr. NTĐ. (born in 1978, in Ninh Hiep, Gia Lam, Hanoi). His winning license plate number is 99A-666.66.

So far, the 3 license plates with the highest auction prices on September 15, 51K - 888.88 (32.34 billion VND), 30K - 555.55 (14.12 billion VND) and 30K - 567.89 (13.075 billion VND), have not yet been paid by the winning bidders.

According to the reporter's investigation, 2 of these 3 license plates belong to Mr. HXH (from Thanh Hoa). These license plates are 51K - 888.88 and 30K - 567.89. Mr. H. has not commented since the auction.

According to regulations, the winner of the car license plate auction must pay the entire auction winning amount within 15 days from the date of announcement of the results. This amount is deducted from the deposit and does not include the vehicle registration fee.

At the same time, in Decree 39/2023, the Government stipulates that if the auction winner does not pay the full amount within the prescribed time, the auction result will be canceled. The license plate will be put up for auction again, and the deposit (40 million VND) will not be refunded and will be paid into the state budget.

On September 21 and 22, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company will hold the next auction of 36 car license plates.

On the morning of September 21, 9 beautiful license plates were put on the market during the following time frames: 20A-688.88, 68A-299.99, 49A-599.99 (8 - 9 am); 17A-368.88, 18A-388.88, 37K-222.22 (9:15 am - 10:15 am); 64A-166.66, 34A-699.99, 30K-566.66 (10:30 am - 11:30 am).

On the same afternoon, 9 license plates were auctioned: 51K-777.99, 35A-355.55, 98A-666.88 (13:30 - 14:30); 60K-399.99, 88A-633.33, 14A-822.88 (14:45 - 15:45); 75A-333.33, 30K-568.68, 82A-123.45 (16:00 - 17:00).

On September 22, 18 license plates continued to be listed, including: 66A-234.56, 51K-868.68, 20A-686.88 (8 - 9 a.m.); 35A-366.66, 99A-668.68, 61K-268.68 (9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.); 81A-367.89, 51K-777.77, 15K-166.88 (10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.).
