On the morning of October 29, in Ha Nam, the Organizing Committee of the Advanced Youth Festival of the Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises of Northern provinces and cities honored 50 advanced youth union officials and members who followed Uncle Ho's teachings in the period 2021-2022.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Hai Duong Provincial Tax Department, received a certificate of merit at the festival (left photo). The festival is an annual activity, organized since 2006, rotating among member units. Thereby, it aims to enhance the exchange and learning of experiences in the work of the Union and youth movements; to commend and reward typical advanced cadres and youth union members in various fields.
