14 Vietnamese scientists named in Research.com 2023 world rankings

In 24 fields of Research.com, 14 Vietnamese scientists working in the country are recognized in 6 fields including: Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Materials Science, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, and Community Medicine.

Four scientists from Hanoi National University continue to be listed in the world rankings and lead Vietnam in three fields in 2023: Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Duc, in the field of Engineering and Technology, Prof. Dr. Pham Hung Viet and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tu Binh Minh, in the field of Environmental Science, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hoang Son, in the field of Information Technology.

In the field of Engineering and Technology, there is one Vietnamese person, Professor Nguyen Dinh Duc - University of Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. In this field, there are 2 foreigners with Vietnamese addresses and both have Duy Tan University as their address.

Environmental Science: Vietnam has 3 people, 1 more than last year, namely Professor Pham Hung Viet and Associate Professor Tu Binh Minh of Hanoi National University, Dr. Tran Nguyen Hai of Duy Tan University.

Computer Science: this year there are 3 people, including 2 Vietnamese people, Associate Professor Le Hoang Son - Hanoi National University and Dr. Hoang Nhat Duc of Duy Tan University, an increase of 1 person compared to last year.

Materials Science: with Professor Nguyen Van Hieu of Phenikaa University.

The field of Community Medicine and Social Sciences has the names of Associate Professor Tran Xuan Bach - Hanoi Medical University and Professor Hoang Van Minh - University of Public Health.
