Households and individuals who have not received compensation and support for site clearance on Provincial Road 390 (in Thanh Ha district, Hai Duong) are mainly due to disagreement with the compensation plan and unclear land origin.
As of February 29, 135 households and individuals have not yet received compensation and support for site clearance of Road 390, concentrated in Thanh Quang and Thanh Cuong communes. The reason is that many households have not been granted land use right certificates according to regulations. Many households do not agree to determine the compensation boundary according to the certificate and land recovery notice, requesting compensation up to the edge of the asphalt road. Some households and individuals do not agree to sign the field inventory record, requesting to apply the compensation unit price for land, trees, and crops according to market prices...
Currently, 338 households and individuals have agreed and signed the compensation plan, of which 328 households have received a total of more than 21.6 billion VND in support and compensation. The remaining households have not received it because they have to correct some information on the land use right certificate.
To implement the project of renovating and upgrading provincial road 390 from Hop Thanh bridge (Thanh Thuy commune) to the approach road to Quang Thanh bridge (Thanh Cuong commune), Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee assigned Thanh Ha district to clear the land. Thanh Ha district has announced the recovery of more than 123,000 m2 Land used by 473 organizations, families and individuals in Thanh Thuy, Thanh Quang and Thanh Cuong communes.
Thanh Ha District People's Committee has requested the People's Committees of the above communes to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the surveying consultancy unit to conduct field inspections to determine and agree on the area of land to be compensated for the cases that are still being petitioned. The road sections that people have agreed to receive compensation for have been handed over to the investor and the construction unit.
