The Prime Minister has approved a project to renovate some items within Con Son pagoda relic.
The investment is expected to exceed VND36.5 billion, taken from the Central budget and socialized funds.
Specifically, Ngoc well will be renovated, the well yard and a path connecting it and a belvedere worshipping Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva will be built, paths to Dang Minh ancestral tower will be renovated and built, right and left front corridors and the inner three-door gate will be renovated, etc.
In addition, systems for fire prevention and fighting, lighting, water supply and drainage, and termite prevention for works in the relic site will be invested in under the project.
The Management Unit of Con Son – Kiep Bac Relics is the investor of the project which will be carried out from 2017 to 2020.
