On the morning of February 12, the 7th Provincial Clay Firecracker Festival ebulliently took place in the stone yard of Con Son pagoda.
The team from Nghia An commune (Ninh Giang) wins the first prize in the large firecracker event
This is the 5th year clay firecrackers have been included in the program of Con Son – Kiep Bac Spring Festival.
The festival drew 208 players of eight teams from the communes of Ninh Hoa, An Duc, Tan Huong, Quang Hung, and Nghia An in Ninh Giang, Duc Xuong in Gia Loc, and Dai Hop and Minh Duc in Tu Ky.
Numerous people cheer a team
Each team had four firecracker strings, each of which could be thrown 20 times to vie for large and small firecracker team prizes.
The organizing board awarded the first prize in the large firecracker event to the team from Nghia An commune and the first prize in the small firecracker event to the team from Duc Xuong commune.
