At around 7:00 p.m. on April 19, on Bach Dang Street (Hai Duong City), a traffic accident occurred when a Mazda CX5 car plunged into the Sat River, killing the driver.
According to initial information obtained by Hai Duong Newspaper reporters, there was only one man driving the car. The victim was Mr. Nguyen Ngoc H., born in 1967, currently living on Nguyen Tuan Street (Hai Duong City), from Gia Khanh Commune (Gia Loc), registered permanent residence on Truong My Street (Hai Duong City).
When the car plunged into the river, three police officers on guard duty at the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee headquarters, Doan Van Hieu, Vu Duc Cong, Pham Van Duc, and several residents quickly went into the river to get the victim out of the car and took him to the emergency room, but he did not survive.
The Mazda CX5 was recovered and removed from the scene.
