Verify and resolve policies and regimes for citizens in accordance with regulations.

On the afternoon of December 11, comrade Tran Duc Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, received citizens regularly in December. Also receiving the citizens were leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee and a number of related departments, branches and localities.

At the meeting, 7 citizens made many recommendations to Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang, of which 4 citizens presented issues related to resolving and verifying policies and regimes for people with meritorious services.

Mr. Tran Quoc Tha in Gia Loc town requested to verify documents related to martyr Duong Van Ngo. Regarding Mr. Tha's opinion, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang requested that he send official information to the relevant authorities about the martyr's case, and requested the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with the Provincial Military Command and relevant agencies to proactively verify and resolve in accordance with the law, and respond to Mr. Tha by the end of February 2024.

Similarly, regarding the request of Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan in Cam Vu commune (Cam Giang) and Mr. Nguyen Van Khap in Gia Luong commune (Gia Loc) to resolve the regime for resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate in verifying and resolving before January 30, 2024.

In addition, with the request to verify the land area that Ms. Phung Thi Hanh sold to Ms. Nguyen Thi Luyen in Quang Phuc commune (Tu Ky), Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang analyzed that this is a civil dispute, Ms. Luyen needs to pay attention to the procedures and documents for land purchase and sale according to regulations. He suggested that the locality organize a mediation for Ms. Luyen, if the mediation is not successful, then guide her according to the procedures and regulations of the State.

At the citizen reception, all the contents of the reflections and recommendations of citizens and citizen groups were requested by Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang to be reported to relevant departments, branches and localities for clarification and assigned a specific deadline for resolution.
