The song has a traditional sound thanks to the harmonious combination of traditional instruments, at the same time, has rap lyrics with a strong narrative, expressing a sincere and profound perspective on life - Den's forte in composing, and also indispensable is the melodious, catchy harmony, creating a colorful whole.

Homewas composed by Den based on his own experience - a son who is busy with work and has little time to visit home: "Being able to work is already a blessing, but Den believes that many people also want to go home to be with their family, especially during the last days of the year. Tet is approaching, Den himself does not know if he can arrange to go home to his family or not, so emotions surged strongly when he wrote this song."

"The Taste of Home" opens a story that any Vietnamese person can easily sympathize with: No matter where they are, when Tet comes, everyone wants to prepare dishes with the strong flavors of their homeland.

Meals cooked by mother in "Home Taste"

Borrowing familiar images and flavors from dishes to open up a larger theme of family, Den shared: "Den thinks that traditional dishes also preserve great cultural values of Vietnamese people, so sometimes even when far away, seeing home-cooked dishes also brings some warmth on the last day of the year. When writing this song, everything just naturally flows from one sentence to another, without Den having any intention of writing the sections in the first place."

The highlight of the music of "Vi nha" is the melody of a rap that Den was inspired by the folk songs of Cheo and Vi Giam. This is a combination of musical instruments such as flute, erhu, zither, monochord, traditional percussion and tam thap luc.

Talking about this interesting combination, Den said: "When those instruments sound, Den thinks it will evoke emotions filled with love for the homeland, the country, the working life and the spirit of our ancestors from ancient times. When Den raps on this traditional melody, everything is still rhythmic, natural and not forced, like the verses and verses that the elders used to play with words with the rhythm of the beats in the past."

After 3 years of returning with a song on the occasion of Tet, Den said: "Tet brings many cultural and spiritual values, from which Den creates musical products. The cultural traditions of the nation are a great source of inspiration to fill the soul of each person. Without those wonderful values, Den could not have written songs like "Vị nhà". Den is truly grateful to his ancestors for generations who have preserved the national culture so that descendants like Den can still enjoy it, and appreciates the efforts of artists who have been and are contributing to preserving and developing the national cultural values."
